Civil Engineering Qualifications :
(i) Madhyamik Examination of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
(ii) National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Draughtsman (Civil) Engineering/Survey Engineering from an Institute affiliated to Director General of Employment and Training, Government of India, with not less than five years post qualification experience;
Or
Diploma in Civil Engineering/Survey Engineering from a recognized Institution with not less than three years post qualification experience;
Or
National Apprenticeship Certificate after obtaining National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Draughtsman (Civil) Engineering/Survey Engineering from an Institute affiliated to Director General of Employment and Training Government of India with not less than four years post qualification experience;
Or
National Trade Certificate in Broad Based Basic Training (BBBT) with advanced Module in Construction and Wood Working Sector with five years experience.
Electrical Engineering -
Metallurgy Qualifications :
(Diploma in Metallurgy from a recognized Institution, with not less than three years post qualification experience

Fittings (Mechanical Engineering) Qualifications :
(i) Madhyamik Examination of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
(ii) National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Fitter from an Institute affiliated to Director General of Employment and Training, Government of India, with not less than five years post qualification experience;
Or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution with not less than three years post qualification experience;
Or
National Apprenticeship Certificate after obtaining National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Fitter from an Institution affiliated to Director General of Employment and Training, Government of India, with not less than four years post qualification experience;
Or

Matron Qualifications :
Madhyamik or 10th Standard Higher Qualification is preferable. Minimum 3 (Three) years experience to work as Matron/Warden of recognized hostel/welfare home.

Age :
1 . Not more than thirty seven years on the 1st day of January of the year of advertisement.
2. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis and the contract may be renewed depending on performance only.
3. Matron shall have to stay in the hostel physically 24 hours a day.
4. The prescribed leave rules of the regular Government employees shall not apply.
5. Candidates having good knowledge in MS Office will be given preference in interview.
6. The incumbent once engaged should give at least 2(Two) months written intimation for premature severing of contract.
