PBSSD Pranisebi Course 2016; PBSSD (Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development) is a society under the Department of Technical Education & Training, Govt. of West Bengal (WBSCTVESD). West Bengal Skill Development Mission (WBSDM) in association with Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) launched a scheme named "Utkarsha Bangla" on 16th February, 2016. It is planned to grow employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in West Bengal through this noble Utkarsh Bangla initiative. - The candidates must be from Minority Communities and residents of the same Block for which they are applying
- The candidates should be of the minimum age (by 31.07.2016) as mentioned in the Annexure I as minimum eligible age for the course being offered
- The candidates should also satisfy the minimum educational qualification as mentioned in the Annexure I.

Registration Process for PBSSD MSDP :
- The candidates would be required to register themselves by filling the online application form by clicking on the link “Application Form for Minority Training” as provided below.
- The candidates need to fill up the online application form properly as per the desired eligibility as mentioned in point A.
- The candidates would be issued an auto-generated SMS on the mobile number provided at the time of registration indicating the unique identification number upon completion of the registration process successfully.
Counselling and Verification :
#A) The registered candidates would be contacted by the respective Training Providers through SMS, at the contact number provided during the registration process, for verification of document and counselling#B) The following list of documents would be required from the candidates during the verification process.
