This Yuvasree, scheme was previously known by Yuva Utsaha Prakolpo (YUP). From October, 2013 This Scheme has been implemented. This scheme is maintained by the Labour Department of West Bengal.

Employment Bank Annexure - III Submission Guidelines

Those candidates who are receiving grants of Unemployment Assistant (Rs. 1500/- per month) from Government of West Bengal are required to submit an affidavit containing the declaration of utilization of the Grant/Assistant/Money for the development of the recipient to improve employment ability of the recipient. This self declaration affidavit is called Annexure - III of Employment Bank. Every recipient of the Yuva Utsaha Prakalpa (YUP) or  Bekar Vata has to be submit the Annexure - 3 in an interval of six months (ie. 2 times in a year). if you do not submit you may not receive grant further.
