Job Description:
General Accountability:
The Team member is responsible for quality delivery meeting all the SLA’s and expectation from the management / client.

Responsibilities:
MS Operations
-Ensuring Delivery with the best Quality
-Ensures meeting all the SLA’s.
-Ensuring all the expected reportings done in time following standards.
-Interact with the client and ensure his concerns are worked upon
-Self Motivated
-Takes initiatives

Qualifications:
-Any Graduates
-6+ work experience in Higher End Data Centre environment.
-4 + years work experience of EMC DMX and Clarion CX.. SAN Administration
-Knowledge of LUN allocation on Solaris/Windows/HP-UX/IBM AIX.
-Should have excellent knowledge on SAN and NAS environment
-Configuring and Supporting Storage Switches, SAN and NAS.
-Hands on Experience of SAN Fabric Planning, Designing and Implementation.
-Experience of Troubleshooting Production SAN issues.
-Troubleshooting Hardware and System related issues
-Knowledge of VERITAS VXVM and VXFS
-Good analytical skills
-Good communication skill
-Should be flexile for working in the 24 X 7 environment.
